- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the appointment will be considered lost and there will be no refund.
2.5. Rescheduling after 24h
- To reschedule an appointment, you must provide proof of force majeure. Otherwise, the appointment will be canceled without refund.
- Postponed appointments will be rescheduled according to availability.

3. Prices
The prices appearing on the Site Spiritualmindsetshop.com are in Euros (€).
Spiritual Mindset by Rute reserve the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing in the catalog the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The promotional offers will be valid only for the duration within the limit of available stocks.
4. The Order
- The Customer chooses the product(s) or service(s) of their choice on the Website and clicks on them to add them to the shopping cart.
- The Customer will validate his order after having checked it and, if necessary, will expressly accept the sales conditions in force on the day of the order.

Your order will be prepared as soon as we receive your payment. Please indicate your order number in communication. The payment must be received within 5 working days, after this period your order will be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made by P&T Luxembourg to the address indicated on the request form. The risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products leave Spiritual Mindset by Rute's facilities.
- Delivery prices are those indicated on our website up to 2 kg
- If any product is out of stock and cannot be shipped within the normal delivery time, Spiritual Mindset will contact the customer by email or telephone to inform them of the new delivery time for the product.
- Delivery time: At first, as we are a new store, it can take from 2 days to 3 weeks.

7. Late/non-delivery
It may be that you have not received your order while the carrier's tracking indicates otherwise, we advise you to first ask your neighbors and, if possible, the postman or delivery person. Most of the time, packages are found very quickly this way. If, despite your search, you still cannot find your package, you will need to open a dispute with the carrier. In case of non-receipt of a package considered delivered, you must contact us as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days after the date of dispatch of the order.
8. Order cancellation
In case of delay in delivery of more than 15 days from the expected delivery date, the Customer may cancel the order by contacting Customer Service at contact@spiritualmindsetshop.com
9. Anomalies
Any anomaly relating to delivery (damage, open packaging, damaged packaging, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery order in the form of “handwritten reservations”, accompanied by the Customer’s signature. The Customer must immediately report the anomaly to Customer Service so that a complaint can be made to the post office.
10. Withdrawal
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned products by the Customer, the Customer will be contacted by email and offered to exchange the returned products for products that comply with the Customer's order, or to refund the returned products without additional compensation.

13. Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out that you returned the item.
