3. Prices

Spiritual Mindset by Rute reserves the right to modify its prices at any time,
however it is understood that the price in the catalog on the day of order will
be the only one applicable to the buyer. Promotional offers will only be valid
while stocks last.
4. The order

Your order will be prepared as soon as we receive your payment. Please

within 5 business days, after this period your order will be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made by P&T Luxembourg to the address indicated on the
request form. The risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products
leave Spiritual Mindset by Rute's facilities.
Delivery prices are those indicated on our website up to 2 kg
If any product is out of stock and cannot be shipped within the normal delivery
time, Spiritual Mindset will contact the customer by email or telephone to
inform them of the new delivery time for the product.
Delivery time: At first, as we are a new store, it can take from 2 days to 3 weeks.

7. Late/non-delivery
It may be that you have not received your order while the carrier's tracking
indicates otherwise, we advise you to first ask your neighbors and, if possible,

will need to open a dispute with the carrier. In case of non-receipt of a package

9. Anomalies
Any anomaly relating to delivery (damage, open packaging, damaged
